we cried. a lot. It was our first time apart from each other in three months. we were practically living together after we started dating while I was in Scotland. We fell hard and fast. and before we knew it, it was time for me to go home. the first time we skyped was sad because we weren’t sure if we would ever see each other again.

a year and a half later we are still together and we have seen each other 3 more times. each time we skype for the first time again we cry, knowing how hard the months a part are. but our love means more than that. skype may be shit, but i can not imagine not being able to see him at all over the months we are separated.

it is only time that separates us, and time that will bring us together again.
