I’ve been with my girlfriend for 7.5 years now, 7 if you’re a real stickler. And 3.5 of them in long distance because of school.

Officially Valentine’s Day falls on a Tuesday, so I can’t be there for that…but I am planning to drive up this weekend to surprise her and spend some much needed time with her. As always, I love planning surprises with my visits so before going to see her, I plan to order a pizza (there’s a company that makes heart shaped ones) that will spell out “be my valentine?” and then I’m going to play delivery man. I love her expression every time I surprise visit her. It’s priceless. :)

Some of the things I’ve done in the past (during out LDR part) includes sending roses, ordering & paying for a dinner so that we can have a webcam dinner date, and (lamely) writing a song for her. She mostly just sends me care packages filled with an awesome amount of cookies & other goodies - not that I’m complaining, at all. :)
