WS4: Personal, I don’t know his friends. He doesn’t have any friends who live near by who are close enough to him that he would tell them the details of his personal life. But he knows my friends. They all added him on Facebook. So the conversation started like that, like things on each others Facebook, commenting on status. My friend would chat him if he was on telling him the embarrassing thing I was doing. That’s how they got to know each other. Eventually they exchanged numbers and sometimes text, usually it’s to exchange a joke about me. I don’t mind, I think its funny. And I’m glad some of my friends like him and think he’s funny. So my advice would be if they know about each other, or they have said hi or something while you’re skyping have them add each other on Facebook. Facebook is a great way to start a connection with someone slowly because you don’t have to directly converse with someone if you don’t want to.
